Return Policy – ASSA Collection

At ASSA Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags intact.

• Personalized, promotional, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

Return Procedure

1. Send us an email at assa.collection34@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Carefully prepare the package, including your invoice or a note with your contact details.

3. Return the item to the following address:

Refund

• Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days via the same payment method used during the purchase.

• In case of store credit or exchange, a promotional code for the corresponding amount can be generated upon request.
